Claimant says:
"I did not receive my full deposit after I moved out. I had to move out because the ceiling fell in due to excessive moisture and mold. He is assessing me a cleaning fee of $150. I had the yard maintained and cleaned prior to leaving and he is assessing me a fee of $75 for yard work. He is also charging $150 re-painting fee. There was a charge of $6.49 for postage, a fee of $25 for an air condition filter, and $50 for a locksmith. I had complained to him about the celing, but he would not do anything about it. He said "go ahead and move." There was a non-refundable pet deposit fee and a forfeit fee of $250.00. How can I dispute this."
