Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"On Sunday Sept. 18 I went to enterprise to rent a car with my daughter-in-law mayden Clark who was the main driver. We both carry full coverage automobile insurance. We were being serviced by a young lady named Myra. Mira didnot call my daughter in laws ins. co. at all. On my insurance card she called the local office instead of calling the 8oo number that was on the card, being that it was Sunday and the local office was closed. She then insisted that to rent the car we must take out full coverage with them that was more than $300.00. She then proceded to tell me that if I came in the next day which was Monday she would then call my ins. co., and we would only be charged one day of the ins. When i came into the office on Monday she insisted that she would not check my full coverage without the vechicle there so that she could walk around the vechicle to check for damages. My daughter-in-law had already started her trip to New York City. Myra then said if she would take the car to enterprise in NY, and let them inspect the car, and then call NC to verifiy no damage to the car, which was done, all calls made. Still charged 3 days ins. Myra was rude and making it hard to rent to blacks"

A wonderful serenity has taken possession of my entire soul, like these sweet mornings of spring which I enjoy with my whole heart.
