Claimant says:
"Since May 3rd of 2011 AT&T has entered a charge to my account without my knowledge. I called the company today (September 22, 2011), ENHANCED SERVICES BILLING, INC. 1-800-288-3724 and spoke with Mark ID #0235 to find out why this charge was billed to my phone account. He told me that the services they provide has to do with securing faxes I would make in the states and outside the states. I own my own fax machine an rarely do I even fax. He also told me that I answered an ad online asking for this service and an email was sent to me to verify it. I delete emails I don't know who they are from. I had no idea that I was being charge this until I wanted to add another person on my cell account then I noticed this charge. I canceled the service but they refuse to take off the entire charge since May 3rd. I feel this is a scam and fear all the other individuals that are being taken advantage of especially the elderly that don't even view their bills. I told him that I was going to report his company to the Better Business Bureau. The charge was $15.96 a month and it was listed on the last page of my At & T bill. Close to $100.00 later, I won't make that mistake again, I trusted AT&T. Inform the public of this."
