Claimant says:
"All these folks would've had to do is work with me to begin with. Now that I know what kind of people they are I need no more of thier products. It is really a shame that this is the way a customer is treated in the USA. Must be a foreign owned business."

  • I purchased an RV cover from this manufacture (Eevelle) six months ago. They will not honor the three year warranty as advertised. I spoke to three representatives from this company over a period of five weeks. They refuse to honor the warranty as promised. Please be warned! The RV cover only lasted six months. Please check out the complaints on the BBB websites. Read for yourselves, I am not the only customer this has happened too.   • My expedition truck cover is falling apart in less than 2 years. This is my 2nd cover. The first they replaced under warranty. I have rcently E- mailed the warranty dept. about the 2nd cover that was sent to me on 6/11/2012 and has started to fall apart after the first year. This 2nd cover was aslo under their 100% warranty. I have not heard from them since 6/13/2013.

    I did call up their sales dept. and spoke to a women called Sam. She told me they have been having problems with their covers made in China not lasting past the warranty. I was told the new covers are made in the USA by their company and should past the 2 year warranty ( 1-800-757-3090 ). I have tried calling their sales line several times on 6/17/2013 but only get a busy signal.

  • They need to replace units that are under warranty, they are defective but they want to get away with not returning calls or having all kinds of excuses to avoid replacement.

  • Hey I agree with you, I have the same problem with my cover it last 2 to 3 months and then falls appart, the 3 year warranty does not apply they said because it is exposed to sun and wind, whao why would we need a cover for inside the garage right. Let me know if you get somewhere this is some type of scam and I felt into it also.
