"Hello,
My name is Alon Gilmore and I’m a managing member of AKBP Holdings LLC – number L14000049393. AKBP Holdings is a small real estate company that holds several properties in Orlando and Deltona FL.
I want to file a claim against Edwin Carrion, Owner and manager of ECD PAINTING & FLOORING LLC - number L15000171722).
Edwin did several home remodeling jobs for us in the past (those jobs were done by Edwin’s former company - ECD HOME BUILDERS LLC).
As part of his last home renovation job in a property ownerd by AKBP Holdings (5930 Forest Grove Blvd. Orlando, Florida) Edwin got 2,800$ as a down payment (payment was made in October 2’nd). Unfortunatly, Edwin decided to take the money, and not do the job. Edwin decided to buy few home appliances with some of money and placed those appliances in my property without AKBP’s permission or acceptance (and without installing them properly).
I have tried to contact Edwin numerous times and to reach an arrangement without any success. Edwin tried to stall using many excuses (all the email threads and comunucation that was made with Edwin is attached as well), but at the end decided to simply take the money and go away.
I sent Edwin two formal demand letters alerting him that I will be forced to take this issue the court and you can see Edwin’s unprofessional response.
I’ll appreciate you advise how should I move forward.
