"Eaton Masonry finished installed of the the $15,000 stone work at our new home in March of 2017.  By May of 2017, several pieces were found to be loose.  Concerned with the stones falling and breaking or water getting behind the wall and causing damage, I contacted Mr. Eaton re:  repairs.  We have contacted Mr. Eaton 6+ times re: these repairs and he has ignored our requests.  We are simply asking that the repairs be made in a timely manner to avoid damage to our home.

  • We have not received any comment or resolution suggestion from Eaton Masonry.  This company receives an "F" for warranty work and professionalism.  They are quick to demand payment but refuse to stand behind their services.
