Claimant says:
"Had my basement waterproofed the end of last year. I did not know until the weather got warmer this year that washer was draining through the outlet for the sump pump. Every time I do laundry my driveway is full of my wash water. Have called several times. They have been out but nothing has been done. They charged me 10,000 for this and told me I had a discount from the state city or I cannot remember which they said but that is a lot of money for a retired widow I needed it done and if it was done right I would not mind but nothing about it was done right My washer and dryer are still not where they belong they moved them and I am not able to move them back I am very frustrated especially since they said everything would be nice and nothing is right. I have been very patient but nothing is getting done My basement is very nasty. Donna Woofter"

  • I am tired of goofing off with you If you are not gonna fix it tell me so I can get an attorney to make sure That I get what I deserve for all the trouble you have caused me It will not be a mediator it will be the real thing and we will go to court and you will pay the attorney This is not a threar it is a promise I am not able to fool around with you anymore I have more pressing things to take care of like my health and you are half of it

  • The message that was sent with signature is a false hood The signature but the message is not mine and I believe I can prove that John only come out and put a pretty cover over all the mess It works but is still not correct I still come close to tripping over the washer drainand none of the mess has been cleaned up My dryer is still not hooked to the vent and could cause a fire Give me my money and I will have it fixed
