Claimant says:
"My husband and I purchased a type of foil insulation for our attic. This was installed by the company and guaranteed to cut our power bills or we would receive a refund. We had to use it for 3 years to determine the amount it was to save us. We have now had it that long and have seen no improvement. In fact, the bills continued to climb. We purchased it and it was installed on 11/10/2012 for $2985. I have all of my power bills from that point on and the usage has not diminished at all. I have been unable to get a response from the company. When I try the phone number I had on the contract, it says it is not a working number.

I feel he has taken advantage of us as seniors who needed to lower our bills. Is there something you can do to help us get our refund from the worthless system? Thank you."
