Claimant says:
"On Mothers Day, May 13th, my husband and I went to the Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin-Robbins store located at 5871 Fruitville Rd in Sarasota Fl. We are Senior Citizens and asked for one scoop each of ice cream. When we saw the size of the serving we were SCHOCKED! Our server, who by the way was very nice, stated that she was new; but had been trained to only serve one small (and I mean small) scoop. Upon further discussion, she stated that a lot of customers have complained upon the size of the serving and cost.It is true, we did ask for one scoop. But let me add this, there are many ice cream stores in the Sarasota area. Not ONE of them would insult the customer by this stingy practice. I will tell you now, we will NEVER and I mean NEVER, patronize another Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins again! The cup the minute serving was served in, was HUGE! Suggestion: Either increase the size of the serving or reduce DRASTICALLY the size of the cup! I realize you are in the profit making business, but this is NOT the way to win customers.

As an aside, our friends an,,d their friends will be made aware of our unfortunate experience with your store. As you know word of mouth is a very effective means of communicating.
