Claimant says:
"Engaged company to install tile in bathroom including shower. Paid them in full only to find numerous uneven tiles on both bathroom floor and shower. Company. Customer requested that job be inspected by firm with 30 years in business who stated was worst tiling job seen in 30 years! He further stated entire floor and all tile had to be removed and needed to be reinstalled. Duncan owner personally viewed job and stated he was sorry! Ample time was granted to Duncan to resolve issue to no avail. Customer engaged legal representation. Suit will be filed alleging Consumer fraud and poor workmanship and requesting customer be made whole. Duncan performed plumbing tasks illegally since they are not licensed plumbers."
