Claimant says:
"I am being charged for a job that they never completed and mistakes that were never corrected. Mom and Dad owners never returned phone calls. This job started April 8 2014- I waited until June 12 2014 until I hired someone else to correct the job. It was a simple blacktopping of a driveway. I am just looking to get these people to stop harassing me for money which is not due to them, for a job that actually would have taken 2 weeks. It is now over 3 months of none completion on their part. Can you please help me in this matter. I was recently threaten by the Mother-in her words I will see You in court. I do no believe this is a good business tactic."

  • Drexler Corp. 60 Whitson Street Hempstead, NY 11550. Now they are sending DEMAND LETTER--Stating if I do not pay them $2484.00 by June 30 a lawsuit will be brought against me in the Commercial Claims Part of court. I sincerely hope something can be done. For I am disabled cant afford lawyers and taxi fees back and forth to court to resolve this matter.

  • Once again Drexler company is lying. I Maggie Daniels was never abusive nor threatening. I did not breech contract-Drexler never showed up. I never cancelled service. I did say I would pay for work done not an unfinished job. This is a bad business practice. Yes we did go though mediation because I couldn't more forward in a trail-due to the fact I couldn't afford lawyers and fees, like a company can. So I guess you can say they won unfairly. I highly discourage people from using this company.

    "This customer, Maggie Daniels did not want to pay for work completed.
    Drexler Construction Corp. won a full monetary claim against Maggie Daniels in Nassau County Small Claims Court. She was abusive and threatening to our employees. Drexler Construction Corp. also won in Nassau COunty COnsumers Affairs against Maggie Daniels to stop threatening our company. Case was resolved for Drexler Construction Corp on October 30, 2014 in Drexler Construction Corp's favor. "
