"A few years ago I went to Dr. Patrick S. Cieplak, DDS in Laplata md 20646 and had $9600.00 worth of dental work done and he did a very poor job at fixing my teeth he installed 1 emplant and put 6 teeth in my mouth the implant came loose once and he fixed it and tried to charge me a second time which he did not get since then I have had 2 teeth fall out so i went to a different dentist and was told the implant is loose again and this dentist is going to fix my teeth at a third of the price Cieplak charged me . My complaint is Dr.Cieplak did a very poor job at fixing my teeth and I would like my $9600.00 dollars back for poor service"

Each time, we have advised that due to HIPPA laws we are unable to resolve this matter over the internet or through a third-party and have asked the person to contact our office directly to discuss this matter. To date, he has not contacted us directly."
