Claimant says:
"I paid him $4995.00 by Discover card on 7/18/2012 for a cure of Diabetes which he claimed he could do.
I tried to stop payment with Discover Card the same day but was told I could not.
Next morning I called Dr Hockings and requested to get out of his program. He told me I would have to stay in in his program for thirty days before getting out. Thirty days was up on 8/18/2012.

Doctor Hockings Does not return my calls. He has changed his office location and does not reveal its locataion. His phone # (949) 336-4317 Fax #(949) 387 4646


I am 84 years old with Diabetes, had 2 Heart attacks, a stroke, skin cancer and a Ballance problem. I live alone.

  • We just went to a seminar in Daytona Beach on Wednesday 1/15/14 where they charge you $125.00 for the consultation fee, for a consultation with the Dr....long story short we cancelled the consultation which was for this morning (Thursday) and were told they would still charge the fee. I told them I would dispute the fee with my credit card as I am not attending the consultation therefore I don't owe a cent and they told me in a nasty tone, "Do what you need to do but we are not cancelling the fee".
