"I hired mr Douglas Garcia from ( D & G Paving Co.) to pave my driveway. He Gave me an estimate of $1,500.00 which we agreed upon based on the amoutn of work that he had to do. He asked for half of the agreed amount to aquire materials for the job. Since then I haven't seen or herd from Mr. Garcia. I tried several times to reach mr garcia but was unsuccessful in doing so. His number have been disconnected. Please help me find mr. Garcia so I can recover the money he stole from me. Thank you so much. Hopeton."
