"I agreed over the phone for them to care for my lawn. After four or five months of making approximately $90.00 a month payments, I had more weeds in my lawn than when I started with them.
I made my last payment and informed them that I did not want their service anymore.
They are now threatening to damage my credit for none payment.
Therefore, my claim is for $500.00 for non-preformance. the amount paid over the 5 months they did nothing but hang a bill on my doorknob."
