"the turnaround time for assistance was unacceptable. they did not respond to my contact that i could not download their program until i requested a refund. the tone of theri emails has been rude and condescending. obviously i purchased their software because i am not a compute whiz."

  • 12-01-2010 — emailed them that the password did not work
  • 12-02-2010 — they sent me a link to download and it did not work
  • 12-02-2010 — I emailed them that the download did not work and I wanted my money back
  • 12-04-2010 — received an email that they would not refund my money, and that it worked for everyone else this response was 48 hours later, and i had rewritten the lost paper and turned it in
  • 12-04-2010 — restated my case
  • 12-05-2010 — nasty email form them
