"My brother had it installed in my house in my name. They came and installed the cables and boxes. Cutting my cables to my direct network and leaving them hanging off my roof, leaving holes in my sheet rock, running there cables across my floors. a very bad hook up. we ask them to cancel three days after installation. But did not they sent three different service tech out and they all said thats the way they do there installation. It wouldnt work it was on and off. so we sent it back and they charged me for early termination and its on my credit for non payment"
