"Discount Tire Problems

Originally dealt with Bill T
1) Did not order right amount of wheels (wanted 5, invoice said 5, only 4 were ordered.)
2) Did not order right bolt pattern (6x4.5, they ordered 5x4.5 and tried to put it on the spare tire when I noticed it was wrong)
3) Picked up spare on Thursday 3/6
4) Tire/wheel came off (taking 6 lugnuts/2 lugnut studs out, stripping other 4. I have 60 pics). The rotor hit the wheel and dug into the wheel/tire. The hub appears ok. Rear diff now leaking.
5) Went in Monday 3/10/14 to complain about weekend incident. Reimbursed lug studs/lugnuts.
6) Called 3/11/14 to pick up envelope for tow truck fee. Said I wasn’t going to make it in and Bill W scheduled an appointment wth Rory Auto TEK for 3/12/14.
7) 3/12/14 went to Rorys and they checked out diff leak. Pinion seal leaking and locker not engaging. Then went to Discount after to update Jason (Bill W was out that day with meetings). Jason could not find the tow truck envelope. Said to wait for Bill W’s call.
8) Friday 3/14/14, called Bill to check on tire/wheel combo/update on incident. Said he opened a claim with Discount Tire
9) Called upper level of Discount Tire, spoke to Mike. He said a claim wasn’t opened. Mike then called Bill and escalated it.
10) Friday 3/14/14 the claim was then escalated and moved to Rob Ramos?
11) 3/17/14 Richard Iteras? (Auto Claims guy) called me from Flagstaff Auto Adjusters. Every time I’ve gone into this Discount I say I live two miles away, not in Flagstaff.
12) 3/19/14 Met with Phil Ott from B&E Appraisal service and took vehicle to Rorys Auto TEK AGAIN so he could see the damage from the incident. Had a chat with the mechanic and he even said it sounded like the guy who mounted the tires at Discount Tire didn't torque the wheels.
13) Phil said all the information was put through the afternoon of 3/20/14 and they usually have a result in 24 hours.
14) Called Rob Ramos that Friday afternoon twice. No Answer.
15) Called Rob Ramos twice on 3/24/14 and no answer again. Left two voicemails.
16) 3/25/14 Called Rob Ramos twice again and left two more voicemails.
17) 3/25/14 Rob Ramos left me a message earlier this morning after I have been trying to get a hold of him for 3 days, and left me a generic message. Called back 5 mins later and then 2 hours later and no answer. Voicemail said that Discount Tire is not liable for anything, when they were the last ones to touch it. Had no information about my claim at all.

What I'm wanting is a reimbursement for the tow truck fee ($220.00), and $125.00 for a new wheel, so $345.00 total. Also the rear differential is now leaking, however I do not know how much that would cost since we never got that far.

Please let me know where I can send these 60 pictures.
