Claimant's opinion: Amazon rebate for $100.00
Claimant's opinion: Endless runarounds for past 6 months.
The same date (3-6-13) the customer submitted the rebate documentation, the rebate was sent via email. The customer brought to our attention on 3-17-13 via a support request ticket # 59347 that the email address we sent the rebate to was wrong. We resent the rebate to the customer today 3-18-13 to the correct email address at: nichoamy@yahoo.com - As promised to the customer, as soon as we received the rebate documentation we honored the rebate. We apologize for any delay and inconvenience the customer has experienced. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us directly. March 18, 2013I called your office several times when you accepted the terms of my first PeopleClaim and once again you promised to send me the $100 Amazon gift card. Again you had no intention of following through with this and you then deliberately omitted one letter in my email address to later claim "it was an honest mistake". It was your obligation to do your due diligence and ensure it was sent correctly to my email address. I find your mistake hard to believe-- since I have contacted you via email, and have called your office numerous times----each time verifying my email. This was just another tactic of yours that has been used on me and many other consumers who have been victims to your bad business practices. Their posts confirm very similar experiences about their Amazon gift card rebate, including your excuse that it was sent to wrong email address. Really? Accellers' real intent is to have us get so frustrated, give up, and just go away----and then you would never have to satisfy your obligation. I would have been satisfied with receiving my $100 Amazon gift card the week of March 3, 2013... had you followed through with your promise. However it has been 2 weeks and it is too late, merely sending me just the $100 Amazon gift card rebate is no longer an option and it is unacceptable at this point. My claim stands as is and I will pursue the full amount and any other fees I may incur within the full extent of the law and legal means available to me. Good day,Amy Nichols

PeopleClaim is a new way to resolve disputes online without lawyers or mediators. By inviting suggestions from the public, disputing parties get ideas that can lead to settlement – and the person(s) who contributed them can win a reward.
Here's what to do: Read the case (left side of page). Then go to the bottom of the page and enter your suggestion in the space provided. Click the Solution button.
Your suggestion will be sent to both parties and will post on the claim. If the two sides agree to settle based on your suggestion, you're eligible to win. Note: Cash rewards may be split among more than one person if settlement depends on ideas from more than one contributor. If you have a claim of your own to resolve, click here.
You can submit up to three solutions / rebuttal, you would like to settle or to be voted on.
