Claimant says:
"I am a 65 year old ex-business owner of Wildflower Design and Interiors LLC. My husband and I closed our business on 12/31/2015 as we were retiring. Theadvertising costs finally made us close up. I called Dex Media and advised of the closure, they were to send me a form explaining why the closure and verification of our intent to close...never rec'd anything from them, called on 4 separate occasions to get my final closure statement and finally last month I was able to comply with their request. I paid them up to February even though we were already closed. Now I get a letter saying they are taking me to collections for 95.96. I called them again and after waiting on the lin e for approx. 20 minutes and when theycdid answer they rec'd the first six numbers of my account and then told me they couldn't here me and to try again later. I've dealt with the same lady every time who cannot speak English very well and is very hard to understand."
