Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Had new water heater installed 07/17/2018...$1000 which included permit, inspection and document signed by inspector and receipt of payment. It is now 08/02/2018 and all I have is an installed water heater."

  • Supplied Mr. Collier with a proposal and this document was emailed to him to the email address provided. Mr. Collier called and agreed to the terms of the proposal. Work was completed and he refused to pay until inspection was completed. Inspection was completed and both the final invoice and documentation that the inspection was completed and passed inspections was given to Mr Collier because he refused to pay until this was completed. We issued him the documentation we asked for and he paid us in cash in full. Work was completed under Pinellas county permit #CW18-09898 and obtained a plumbing final inspection on 7/23/18. Pinellas County does not always sign the permit on site. This permit was handled online. Attached is the invoice that was completed with all of this information detailed on the permiy.
