Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"i baught a 2007 saturn outlook in 6/18/2011 and 3 weeks later my family and i were driving down the road and a big gush of water started pooring in the car threw my sunroof,dome lights,under the dash and threw the corners above the windsheild so we braught the car back up and i had 2 problems i wanted them to look at the first one was i leaking problem the second one was how hard my car drove the put my car in the shop and said they will figure out whats going on. the next day they called and said the car was ready so i went up and they said my car had alot of mud in the tires so they fixed one problem i payed 50 dollars for them spraying out the tires i had no problem paying that but when i asked them about if they fixed the leaking problem the auto body guys that worked on my car said the sales person that braught my car in never said anything about a leaking problem so the salesperson never told them anything and he said they would call me with an appountment and a couple of months went by and i still havent heard from them so because of the bad leaking my heater no longer works my computer no londer works and the power locks no longer work. we went back up and they look at it leaking its was leaking right in front of them and they said there busy right now but they will call back with an appountment and once again we hear nothing back. i dont know what else to do i havent had my car very long and all these problems are happening i have 2 small kids and i am in need of some help PLEASE."

  • Customer actually bought the vehicle on 3/16/11, and no one in the dealership or service department had ever heard about the water leak on the vehicle until December of 2011. That being said we still at that point even offered to help the customer out by paying half of the bill for the water leak to be fixed, and the customer denied that offer. Still at this point customer has never made a claim to anyone at the dealership about any other electrical issues that the vehicle has, supposedly caused by the water leak.
