  • Please provide documentation for the MAC fees.

  • Jul 23, 2014, Days Inn St. Paul-Minneapolis-Midway (responding party) added:
  • There were clear signs posted where you fell indicating Wet Floor Caution Sign. We caution our guest to be careful. After you fell the manager asked if you are ok and you stated you were fine and refused ambulance services.

Following day the Manager saw you again and asked how you were doing and your response was; you were fine and did not complain to front desk or to the Manager.

I am not sure where the fees are coming from and the People claim you filed even after you stated twice at least after the incident that no services were needed.

  • Jul 25, 2014, Claiming party added:

  • We have a picture of area where the fall occurred. There was no Caution sign around the ice machine. Allso one of your employees said that he had told management to put a mat in that area.

My injury at first did not seem to be severe. However, over next few days my leg was black and blue from thigh area to below my knee, which I do have pictures of. I could not drive back to Colorado and my leg injury lasted for 10 days. Since this was a documentable event, I do think management should refund my room charge.
