Claimant says:
"We (Dan Jones and I) signed a contract on March 3, 2014 to re-surface existing swimming pool and spa. The contract states this would be a week long project. It is now April 3, 2014 and very little has been done. There is some demolition and some tile has been switched out. I have tried NUMEROUS times to get Dan Jones over here and finish. He keeps saying they will be there today or the next day and never show up. I have paid $2, 500 so far for a $4,500 project, as per our contract. 50% when signed and 50% when complete. The only reason I paid an extra $500. was to cover the cost of a designer tile."

  • yes, we started the job. we, along with are plaster crew, have fallen-behind in our work schedule due to inclement weather and upgraded selected materials. the job is taking longer than we had planned.

    we have been performing work at the Client's site as recently as last week.


    we look forward to achieving the Client's complete satisfaction, promptly.
