Claimant says:
"Cynthia Jo Landers (my older sibling), purposely, willfully slandered my name in court documents stating I had been convicted of a felony, while she was applying for guardianship of my father Logan Lanham. She purposely, willfully, knowingly stated under oath that I was a convicted felon and have no rights in seeing our elderly father. I AM NOT A CONVICTED FELON AND NEVER HAVE BEEN. Her daughter is the convicted felon. I was NEVER notified of any hearing, until 2012 when she tried to put me in jail for seeing my father Logan Lanham while I was in Boise, Idaho. I won the case based on she had no merit but in the mean time this has cost me money, a personal relationship with my father, emotional stress, and depression. Cynthia Landers has stated the only way that I will EVER see my father, is if I sign over my inheritance. She continues to hold our father hostage. She also has abusive caregivers taking care of him, that when I call to talk to my father I am not permitted to. I am hung up on. I have not talked to my father for almost 2 years and fear the worst for him. My father, mother (deceased) were always very close and Cynthia Jo Landers has been extremely jealous of that. her actions are out of greed and jealousy."

  • Cynthia manipulates any situation to benefit her specific needs. She acts as she the king of the hill, but in reality she has so much to hide she deflects from what is really going on. Shes a smooth talking liar and needs to be told to STOP!!
