Claimant says:
"I have a complaint about a company in Ceres, Ca name Custom Cleaning Service. I was charged 340.00 for move out cleaning. I would believe a professional job would be done. They still left food stuck on all my chores. My floors still look dirty . They are using cheap supplies, like a folded towel hooked on a mop head to clean your floors. They do not get on their knees to clean all the tight areas. They use towels to wipe your kitchen appliance and cabinets. no scrubbing involved. the cleaning guy is not physically in shape to be cleaning, he couldnt even walk up and down my stairs. He cant even see when i was pointing out the dirt. When I had them come back to redo most areas missed they were rude and the owner running this business was rude when i called to let her know about her worker's rudeness. She blamed me for their attitude and hung up on my face. I think these people need to be audited for their service and put out of business for ripping people off especially the Elderly."

  • On Oct 11, 2012..This is how unprofessional Custom Cleaning Service handles their response to this claim. G Wolfe who is running this business called me and left a voicemail to tell me she received my letter about this claim in the mail and her husband is replying to it. She asked for the name of my landlord that it be anxious to see how i dealt with them and if i got my deposit back being that im gona take this all the way so is she. She said she never had anybody ever in 25 yrs be as rude as i have been and picky with such a pig pin of a house and that i wanted to pick it to death and that they did things that were not listed.<br/>Well now you know these owners are unprofessional and are all about bad business. If im gona get some deposit back from my landlords its because me and my friend Pam who is witness to this bad service had help me clean over the blinds, walls, rails, windows, cabinets, and floors after the cleaners left my place..i didnt want to call them a third time after the owner hung up on me blaming me for their attitudes. I was expecting my landlord to show up that day and my carpets were just cleaned. I wasnt gona waste my time with them. They are just lucky i didnt have the time to take pictures of the dirt still left in my place..
    It appears they think i was taking this to court how funny when all i request was appology and wanted to post my review to the public of bad service. If I get another call from them..believe me i will take them to court for harrasment, because i do have their voicemail saved on my phone.

  • Aviod Custom Cleaning Service. Do not allow the owner (Glenn) into your home. He did not give his last name. He will ease your mind and then steel from you. He took advantage of the kind nature of myself, a 79yr. old woman. He stole my mothers antique wedding ring, although he denies it. After admitting he was the only person to clean this room. All I know for sure is, my mothers antique wedding ring was in my jewlery box when he walked in to clean the room and it was missing immediatly after he walked out of the room.
