Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"On October 8, 2014 switched services from ATT to Cricket. (ATT wireless balance $50.41) In store Trenton, MI West Rd 48183 location. Samantha waited on me - while she was transferring my account from ATT, I gave her personal information on ATT account. I asked both Samantha along with her Manager who was in local office today about how ATT account balance was going be paid. They both said to me not to worry it will be taken care of.
I received a bill from ATT for my balance of $50.41 on October 30, 2014. I contacted ATT Customer Care in regards to my account 188074206050 balance, she explained to me that Cricket has no way to access ATT account. Long story is ATT wants payment from me for services rendered.

I contacted Cricket Customer support in China, they pretty much said the same thing they have no way to pay an ATT balance. So after talking with 3 different Cricket Manager's they all told me that I am totally responsible for my ATT balance of now $55.41

ATT is now saying if they do not get some type of response from me, their turning balance out to Debt collectors."

  • I, as well, have had major problems as of late with my Cricket service. They have had inability to help me resolve a problem which was their fault. It's embarrassing to 'beg' them to just do the right thing. I paid, they should just give me what I paid for. It doesn't seem that hard!
