Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Consumer Cellular refuses to release my phone. It was already released and the number transfered to ATT 5 months ago. The Phone failed and was under warrantee from Motorolla who replaced it coded to Consumer Cellular which is their practice to replace it to the original service provider. When called to open the sim code lock both by me  and ATT Consumer Cellular is trying to get  me to switch back and will not release the sim code lock. They want me to sign for 6 months service with them which I had a problem with. I bought and paid for the phone and waited the 6 months of their service at a considerable extra amount of money. They are just a money grabbing not upstanding company they protray in their advertising. There is no outstanding money problem, just a warped sense of business problem. "
