Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Since June 18, 2010-August 19, 2010, we have had 5 losses of electricity, ranging from 6 hours, 12 hours twice, and 35 hours. Each time, the staff is uninformitive and rude. I contacted the Mayor's office and was told the problem was a Underground Cable issue 4 times, and weather once. A Bloomingdale administrator Daniel WENNERHOLM SAID THEY ARE HAVING TROUBLE GETTING THROUGH but was finally contacted and told the same issue keeps occuring. Our board (condo comittee) has gotten no where with com ed. There are no supervisors ever available to talk to when called! The night time rep from com ed (Queen) is very rude!
I have food losses, hotel stays, and days off work resulting in MAJOR money loss. My husband has a medical device that needs electricity. We have exhausted our family and friends, as well as our bank accounts each time this occurs. It seems like a HUGE problem that is covered by a bandange in stead of fixing it. PLEASE HELP!"
