"I changed from Centurylink to Comcast xfinity. They came and setup my TV ,internet and phone on 4/10/13 .They told me I could keep my phone #801 969 6949 ,which I have had for over 40 years.I told them I surely wanted to keep it ! Well they changed it !! Now I can
call out but we don't get any incoming calls. We reported this to Comcast 4/14/13 .Comcast
said they would have my old number back that day.It is still not done ! I have called them several times since then. They don't seem to know what is going on.I have tried to report this to Milton the person who sold me on the program and said ," I f you have any problems ,call me". He won't respond to the many calls I have made to him.
We need your help. Many of my family and friends have worried and have sent people over to check on us. PLEASE HELP ! JOHN A. UDY 3764 Bannock.st WVC, UT. 84120
