Claimant says:
"On July 31st, 2015 I was assaulted by Daniel Joiner. An employee at Comcast. He showed up to where I was living. He assaulted me in the driveway of my residence. I sustained numerous injuries. I also have video evidence of what took place. I have loss of wages totaling over $30,000. I am writing to demand a settlement from Comcast. If we cannot come to a settlement agreement, I will file a lawsuit, and release the video of Daniel Joiner assaulting me, and having me in a lethal choke hold that caused me to black out. The police were called. I have been disabled for 3 years. If this isn’t resolved soon the world is going to know that an employee of Comcast came to my home to assault a blind man."
