Claimant says:
"I am asking you to help me resolve a problem that I am having with Comcast (Xifinity). Every month they are sending my bill for a hundred and something dollars. I call them up and ask them why is my bill so, high every person that I speak to is telling me a different lie. I spoke with a representative last month because I was charged $112.00. He told me that he was adjusting the bill down to $32 and some change. At the beginning the bill was $55. This representative told me to send $32 and some change. We sent $33.00. There after, he said the bill will be $47.00 and it would change the next year. These people seem to can't get their figures right and I need someone to help me straighten it out. They are debilerately beating people out of money. Every since I been at this location. They have been over charging us and keep adding charges to my account. I just recently spoke to a representative last month about my bill being so high so, he made adjustments to the bill and told me what to send. Which was the $33.00 and the bill was $112.00 as I mention to you above. Now, I just received a bill and they got the bill for a $145. I call up and spoke to someone name katie. She said that the bill is not being paid the full amount of money. I told her that the representative I spoke to last month told me what to send and this is what we sent. We sent what he told us to send. I am tired of these people playing games with this bill because they have been doing this every since we moved here. We believe in paying our bills. I mean they show you so plainly that they are beating you out of money and they don't care.
 
Since I went back to comcast from hughesnet. A lady called me one day and said that I had a bill in collection from comcast and asked me did I want to set up a payment plan. I said why am I in collection with comcast and comcast is one of my providers. I don't know what kind of a problem that these people have here but, they are hungry for money. The service I have with comcast is still to this day is not working properly but, here's what happens. When you call for a technician to come out and fix the problem. They mess it up more for you to call them back and they charges you a big bill for coming to your home. They pretend that they are fixing it and when they leave you got the same problem or it even gets worse. This is too make up call them up so that they can charge you a high bill. I am aking you to help me fix this problem. I had no service for 3 whole weeks with the internet and telephone. I had to keep changing the service because they would not fix the service. This is how I end up back with comcast because they kept playing games trying to make you pay them money. I wasn't here 2 weeks. They sent me a bill for $242.00. They intentionally, come out here looking around up and down the walls. Then, they will come inside and stick their telephone to your telephone and tell you that nothing is wrong with the service. I watch them play this game. Then they goes to their truck and sit there and write you up a high bill. Please help me resolve this issue that I'm having because I know for a fact. That they are doing this on purpose because they are so greed for money in this place.
 
I have tried every way that I could to get around filing a complaint about these people but, they have left me without a choice and I need for someone to help me do something about it. If you lived here you would see exactly, what I see about these people. Something is seriously wrong with them about money. I need your help and I need it now. This world is in a mess. People just doesn't believe in doing what's right anymore. They want a pay check but, they don't want to earn it. Everything that they do in this town the citizens have to pay for what little bit that they do. You have some pretty nice people here and they treat you with more respect than where I came from. The only problem is that you are living in a middle class town and paying a rich man's price. I can see the pick that they have toward me because I made a complaint on centurylink. Doing the same thing playing games with people. I got a feeling that I'm might have to come back at you on directv. They all work together around here with their crooked games."

  • I want Comcast to stop over charging my account pretending that we are not paying the full price and we pay every bill that they send. This is you doing these things to people and somebody needs to stop it. Every time you speak to a representative they tell you a different lie. This needs to stop and every where you go around this place it's all about charging you a lot of money to do nothing. I'm asking you to help me resolve this issue that I am having with Comcast because all of these providers are working together and ripping people off for money. It is so, ridiculous how the people here are letting money take control of their minds like they are doing.

  • I want to bring this to your attention. I notice that you are tampering with my computer. You are trying to do it in a way to make it look like the computer is doing it but, I know my computer and I know when people are messing with it. I'm asking you to leave it alone and put my front page back on it the way it suppose to be. I also notice that computer started out by saying. It wasn't getting a connection and I also know that you are the one's that tampering with it. I want you too know that I'm watching everything you do so, that I can call you up saying something is wrong with my service so, that you can charge me a high bill. You took the links off of it so, that I can't get to the mail. I waiting to see what you are going to do next.
