Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
" I signed a contract for service on a bundle TV,Internet,PHone.My contract was for two years at 149.99 +Tax. we never order movies or any extra service. My bill was never for the amount that we agreeed on always higer. Then i find out that my service was going too increase $25 dollars that i was only 12 mos on the frist rate.So i called seattle wa,where my payments go. A lady transfered me too some one ay don't know where at. I was very upset about my billing and the conversion went ballistic.
the person I talk too was some what helpful. He said that being i was so upset that we agreed that he would termintate my contract so I said ok. then I asked for a letter to verify our conversation. He said no need it's listed on the computer. So on March 31,2017 I turn all the equipment per our conversation at our local office for comcast.
I recived other bill with the added $25 increase. they have not canceled anything. (4/7/2017)
I guess my next step is too sue them in small claims court.

    Plaintiff's contract should be cancelled, as Plaintiff desired, and the cancellation should be treated as per the terms of Comcast's cancellation procedures. Comcast should apologize and help Plaintiff cancel the contract.
