Claimant says:
"MR. Cohen caused a lot of damage to my new roof, first by not coating it after installing it, and then by leaving a crack and not repairing it, and then, when he finally came back to fix the problem, after I threatened to call my attorney and the Better Business Bureau, he smeared globs of tar, all over the place, and completely covered my rain return box. The rain had nowhere to go, so it leaked into my back bedroom and damaged my back bedroom wall. He lied to me and to the BBB and to Angie's List, blamed me for the damage, harassed me, and refused to pay for the damages he caused me. I finally hired another roofer to coat my roof and to repair the crack. It caused me thousands of dollars. Mr. Cohen then said that because I hired someone else, his warranty was cancelled. He is an immoral, unethical, despicable man."
