Claimant says:
"I was sold a car under extreme duress. They would not return my keys to allow me to go home and think about what car I might want to buy from several different car dealers. They forced me to stay, since i had no way to leave without my old car keys. It took almost 5 hours and I am diabetic and was desperate to got home since I was feeling close to going into shock. The company's sales practices are horrific and I think illegal possibly."

2. The only reason that the dealer reversed the car purchase transaction was because I had written to the President of Mitsubishi in California and that office contacted Coconut Creek Mitsubishi telling them to reverse the transaction. This was not initiated by the local dealer at all!!! Among the many many small personal items that were in the car the day of this incident was my Garmin GPS; all items were returned to me minus the GPS unit itself. Now the local dealer, Coconut Creek Mitsubishi claims that my GPS was not in the car. Oct 13, 2010 N/A
