Claimant says:
"I hired Bear as my handyman to fix my roof. He did not do it for awhile which was ok with me. He told me the week before Memorial day that he was going to start the roof On Tuesday after the holiday I reminded him that it getting hot. The Friday before he asked me for $150 for supplies for the roof. I gave him $200 which was half of the agreed amount for the job. He did come over on that Tuesday tore up my roof and than left. I tried to get a hold of him several times He did call me back once and said that it was too hot I told him to come early am he refused. Now I am out the $200 and no supplies and a torn up roof."

    i wouldn't want Bear Bailey working on my roof after showing such neglect. My resolution: fire him and hire someone who can show up as promised. Bear should refund all your money and go back into hibernation. More...
