  • Feb 26, 2013, Claiming party added:
  • classical auto repairs diagnosis was wrong. so i had to pay for abunch of work that was done to my car for no reason. then not only that classical auto repair shorted out the ecm and did not replace it. so I had to buy a new one and pay ken stoepel ford to program it. we were told that we could by our own parts that alot of his customers buy their own parts, but when we bought our own parts bobby seemed to have gotten upset that we had bought our own instead of letting him purchase them. if we would have left the car there to get worked on anymore for them to replace the ecm they shorted out they were going to still charge us for the ecm they shorted plus to get it programmed. i feel they should have replaced my ecm since he clearly said he shorted it himself. and still with all the work he did on the car and charged me for the car is still having the same issues no compression. not firing on 2 cylinders.
