"I have paid the following tickets before #0064437370 & 0064437372, and #9071973547 these tickets were paid by personal checks, on the city's payment plan, and now the city claims that there is no payment plan whereby one can pay by check, only by credit card or in person. When I called to inquire about making payments they gave me the P.O.B. 88292 Chicago, IL. 60680-1292 they obvious received the checks because they applied some of the money to some of the tickets but not to the others, that tells me that the city of Chicago have critical issues with their recording system and the people are being ripped off by this system."
