"This Started on Feb 13th 2015 with Dealership then Dec 20th with finance and then with Chrysler Headquarters Here is my complaint I purchased my car with the understanding that I had Gap Insurance and that I was getting $9,000.00 for my trade. Then on Dec 20th 2015 I was traveling to Colorado Springs when all of a sudden head on into Guardrail car was totaled and then I found out by my Insurance company I didn't have Gap to cover my overage on what I thought was done and told by finance at Dealership that I had Gap and I would receive my contract after a couple of weeks well anyway I tore my ligament in California on Vacation in September 2014 I saw my doctor when I got back from California he set me up for surgery Feb 26th 2015 for repair anyway 10 days later I got hematoma and bone infection ended up in Hospital till May then December 20th accident happened hit guardrail airbag didn't go off seat belt didn't lock seat unlocked throwing me into steering wheel and knees hit dash that's when I found out I never received my contract if I would of received it I would been able to argue what was not done proper I now have severe injuries to left leg looking at a rod put in due to damage numb in arms and hands low back bothering me now Chrysler capital says I owe them well over 15,000.00 due to no GAP I HAVE BEEN WRONGLY DONE BY DEALERSHIP AND FEEL MY CAR WAS DEFECTIVE NO ONE WELL HELP ME NOT EVEN ATTORNEYS PLEASE HELP I HAVE VERY SEVERE INJURIES FROM ACCIDENT AND SAFTEY DEVICES NOT WORKING WHEN I HIT HEAD ON."

  • Why am I being treated the way I am, this is really sad. I have called over 59 attorney's and been turned down. I have put a thing against Chrysler due to contract error and lied to, my air bag didn't go off seat belt didn't lock seat unlocked throwing me into steering. I felt I bought an unsave vehicle and I didn't cause this accident, I think I got Black Ice, went head on into guardrail caused several injuries broke artificial knee, damaged left hand and shoulder now they have to take leg off or put rod in. I choose the rod why won't anyone help me against Chrysler.............. Someone help me please, there has been several recalls on the 2014 Dodge Advenger and other vehicles with Chrsler leeding into unsave problems with what has happened to me.
