Claimant says:
"11/3/14 hired chem- dry to clean sofa and love seat. he{ Eddie) left when sofa was still wet and said it would be ok after it dried. it never was. After looking at it for a year, I decided to call them again. on 11/25/15 they sent over a guy ( Booker T.} he said he would try to fix it ,and to call him after it dried. The next day I called the company, I was told the owner would get in touch with me, 12/1/15 he called. I wanted him to come and see the damage,because now instead of a dark ring 3in.by 5in. I have dark ring 12by 14 inches. the sofa and love seat are crème colored.
He told me there was nothing he could about it, and to go to JC Penny's and buy a nice throw, or get it upholstered ,but to watch out for scam artist. Needless to say I was stunned. at this point I just want my $150. back. Can you help me ? I have tried to call and always get the machine."
