Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I changed Cable companies in August, 2013. Instead of Time Warner Cable I switched to Grande communications, 78413. In the years I used Time Warner I gave them the privilege to go into my House account (American Bank) to deduct services rendered.
When I switched to Grande Communications, they instructed to return all boxes, and remotes to Time Warner (TW) within 10 days. They would make them aware of the switch.
All materials owned by TW were returned to their Saratoga Location here in C.C., TX location. The representative was asked if any further action was necessary. She stated NO.
Months passed when noticing TW was still pulling money out of the account. Called & spoke to re3p. She told me to expect a refund check. Months passed and a second call was placed. TW stated monies were owed to them. Without further communication a lien on my credit report for $667.00 was placed.
No letter was ever received nor phone calls regarding this matter. In looking at my report recently I saw the lien.
I have a copy of my first Bill with Grande Communication."

A wonderful serenity has taken possession of my entire soul, like these sweet mornings of spring which I enjoy with my whole heart.
