Claimant says:
"Charter Communications installed wires into my home. While installing the wires, the technician pulled boards away from my house that exposed my house to the elements. For several years water was seeping into my walls without my knowledge. I currently have Black Mold in my walls and carpet of two rooms in my home. I cannot live in my home at this time due to the black mold that is inside the walls. Two of their inspectors have been to my home and have agreed that it was their employee whom did the damage. The insurance company has agreed to settle the case for a sum of $600 dollars. When my estimates are in the range of $5000 dollars prior to them even starting the job and seeing if there is any other damage that will bring the cost up. I would just like for them to fix my home back to the condition prior to them removing boards and causing water to seep into my walls."
