Claimant says:
"In August, 2011, Liliana George, a real estate agent from the Ft Lauderdale office was showing me houses in the Port St. Lucie area. A house was found on Floresta Blvd, and an inspection was completed. After I read the inspection; I informed Ms. George that I was not buying the house because there were too many problems. I believe the inspection was completed on Sept. 18, 2011 and I was suppose to talk with Ms. George via telephone two days later. I called her but she did not return my call. The next week when she came back to town; I informed her that I was not buying the house and I wanted my thousand ($1000.) dollars back. She stated that she would take care of it. Shortly thereafter she started showing me other houses. She then stated that I would not be getting my money back; that the owners of the house were considering suing me. Her partner, Chad Miller, talked to me by phone and said he would get my money back and that hopefully Ms. George had learned a lesson. I never received my money back; they gave the money to the owners. Ms. George never explained the contract to me; nor did she try to get my money back. I want my money back and as soon as possible."
