Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Very disappointed and just had the rudest person to talk to would not let me speak kept cutting me off. From day one that I ordered these flowers for my mother for Mother's Day there have been flowers dying. Now to top it off I call and what I am told is that they will replace them. REPLACE THEM. Mother's Day is over. When I asked what time they would be delivered I was told. Can't do them today due to a child's funeral (that is fine I have no problem with that) I asked about tomorrow because my mother works and so happens to have a doctors appointment and won't be home till after 5 well I was told no that won't work. She then asked me what about Wednesday I replied she works and won't be home till around 4 and again that won't work. I asked to just be refunded and was told no there policy is to only replace. I very politely brought the dead flowers back to the shop today May 11,2015 with the card attached that had the order# on it I still have not heard anything."
