Claimant says:
"I was a customer of CenturyLink (phone, internet and Dish cable) for 4 years and two months. The cable service was terrible and every rain or snow storm knocked out service and CenturyLink refused to adjust for non delivery of product. I had Comcast install all three on March 28th and cancelled all three with CenturyLink that day. Centurylink only cancelled the phone and internet and when I questioned the April bill, they informed me even through I made set up arraignment with them they could not cancel the Dish and they did not inform me of this at that time. I was told on April 17th that refunds would be made on the second billing of a negative balance. Today when I called they informed me the credit was still on my account and they would process a check that would take up to 90 days to complete. I asked if the terms on their statement of late payments they charged customer would be added on to the balance. I feel they should honor what the customer would be penalized."
