Claimant says:
"I had my telephone and internet service with Century link. Then I disconnected my phone service so I just had the internet. In April I sold my house and disconnected my internet service. I had them taking the payments out of my checking account, big mistake! I have called them many times and was assured that they would no longer deduct the payments. I just checked this morning and they did it again this month! They have already sent me a check for overpayments and they are continuing to withdraw payments. They have done it every month without fail. I cannot get them stopped. Maybe if the bank had closed the account as I requested it wouldn't have happened this last time."

  • Centurylink sent me a bill for $33.00 because I finally was able to get my old bank account closed and thier automatic withdrawl was not honored. I didn't send a payment so they deducted the $33.00 from the amount THEY OWE ME and the statement shows a credit of $99.00. I closed this account last year, they already sent me one refund check several months ago, and are stell trying to do the aoutmatic withdrawl on a closed account
