Claimant says:
"Ordered a dedicated Fire Alarm Panel Line - I was told several times that the order was complete and the Ticket Number closed but the line was never installed. This cost me time and money. The Fire Alarm company came out twice because I was told the line was installed, each trip cost my company $250 just to be told there was no line installed. I was told by a supervisor that compensation for an incomplete job was not the general practice of CenturyLink.
The order was placed on January 14th and called several times to resolve the issue, only to be told on February 11th that it is not CentryLink's practice to compensate for errors."
