Claimant says:
"Around December 10,2012 I purchased a vehicle though Casey Chevrolet. Since originally purchasing my vehicle it has been plagued with problems such as a strong aroma of fuel radiating from the engine compartment, the failure of both outer tire rod ends, waterpump leakage, and extremely worn brake parts (worn front and rear break pads, and extremely thin front brake rotors)."

  • Thank you for the information and I'm very sorry to hear about our clients recent experience with Casey Chevrolet. I would like to assure you that this is not the norm, as customer service is our #1 priority. I would also like to apologize for any failure to inform you of your car's status. This vehicle was purchased used on 12/10/12 with 107,337 miles. The vehicle was given a Power Train Warranty for 6 months or 6,000 miles. The concerns listed are not part of the Warranty Coverage. We have repaired the concerns as a goodwill offer but decline any further monetary request.
