Claimant says:
"I have paid Ms Weineke $10,000.00 to review the trial transcript of my nephew Derek F Williams and to begin the process of his appeal before the expirarion of his habeaus corpus. I have called and faxed her with no success.

She sent a letter to me on the fifth of May 2014 stating she had "finished" reviewing the transcript and the only thing left was to go to the Wabash Valley Correctional Facility to go over everything with Derek and determine a plan of attack. She stated further that she needed the final four thousand dollar payment to continue.

She wrote a letter to Derek on nineteenth of May 2014 later stating she was "almost finished" reviewing the transcript.

Since sending the final payment to Weineke we have had no contact with her.
