Claimant says:
"This company's behavior is delporable--truly. Their errors cause huge problems that nobody cares about and yet-- they continue with their unacceptable practices to no avail.

I paid off my account in full. i have paid perfectly on time for over 3 years without a hitch. Even once when i was downsized I accessed my insurance coverage with them to help for 1 or 2 months of payments. It was all fraud. Yet-- I kept going with them.
this time when I paid the account in full 2 of their people literally hung up on me and their "sluggish incompetant clearing house" would not release the credit even though they already had over 1000.00 from my bank cashed out. I was humilated in a business sense 5 times waiting for them to release the credit. I have now called 4 different times and their staff was foreign and rude--not helpful and the problem persisted.

Also----- I have been relocated to Indianapolis for a huge job promotion. My husband and I are trying to qualify for a new mortgage down there. It was denied because Capital One made an error HUGE on my husbans's account!!!!!!!!!! We even have a letter saying they made an error back in 2007 and he is still answering it."
